The Urban Beach House – A$760 per night
This 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury four-levels home is 50 m from the Dunn Bay foreshore. The contemporary design features the natural texture of wood and stone and features a rooftop alfresco and wonderful open living spaces.

North Shore Old Dunsborough – A$745 per night
The upper living area of North Shore enjoys sweeping views of the sparkling turquoise water and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to six.

Old Dunsborough Beach House – A$290 per night
This is a ‘Hampton’ style property in Old Dunsborough with a balcony overlooking Geographe Bay. This 5-bedroom villa has the master bedroom and en-suite upstairs, with the remaining four bedrooms downstairs, with the main bathroom and laundry.
Ideal for: families.

Club Wyndham Dunsborough – A$210 per night
Club Wyndham was always our go-to when our girls were young as the apartments are child-friendly and reasonable. The facilities include a pool, and the resort overlooks Geographe Bay and has beach access.
Facilities include a tennis court, outdoor pool, spa, and gym. The resort’s on-site restaurant, Toby’s, has an open-air dining experience where you can enjoy fresh local produce with a selection of premium Margaret River wines.
Ideal for: couples & families looking for accommodation in Dunsborough with a pool.

Bayshore Beachside Resort – A$375 per night
Bayshore Beachside Resort is directly opposite Dunsborough Beach and offers self-contained villas with a fully equipped kitchen and private garden with access to a tennis court and games room.
Children enjoy the playground while barbecue facilities are provided with views over the Toby Inlet.
Ideal for: couples & families.
Geographe Cove Resort – A$445 per night
This beachfront resort features a full-size tennis court and outdoor pool. The accommodation is equipped with modern facilities, including kitchens, spacious lounges, laundries, and barbecues.

Away in the Bay – A$285 per night
This 3-bedroom villa is across the road from the sheltered waters of Geographe Bay and has beautiful beach views. The townhouse has everything you need for your Dunsborough holiday, but restaurants are only three minutes away if you feel like eating out.

Cheap Accommodation in Dunsborough
Dunsborough isn’t really a place to stay for cheap accommodation, so I have included accommodation that represent good value for money instead.
Lanterns Retreat Lodge – A$190 per night
Situated in Old Dunsborough, Lanterns retreat features a range of suites with a guest lounge, offering free port wine and chocolates and a log fireplace during winter.
Each of the air-conditioned suites offers a microwave, a minibar, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee making facilities, a large bathroom with bathrobes, and some also have a spa bath.
Ideal for: couples.

Moondah Lodge – A$135 per night
Moondah Lodge offers travellers comfortable, clean and functional accommodation at a great price. Located near Dunsborough lakes, you will be close to the beaches and the town centre.
This accommodation is also pet-friendly.
Ideal for: couples and dog owners.

Cape Villas – A$190 per night
We have stayed in the Cape Villas complex a few times as the villas represent good value for families. They are within walking distance to Dunsborough town centre and Clancy’s Fish Pub (great option for families but popular with couples too). Both booking.com and Stayz have various villas for rent, varying in price depending on the size. Booking.com was slightly cheaper on the property I checked.
