Luxury Hotels in Perth’s CBD

We use Booking.com for most accommodation bookings as they offer free cancellation on most rooms, have a loyalty program (Genius), a price match guarantee, the site is user-friendly and they have great customer support. We also book through Stayz for private accommodation as they are often cheaper than Airbnb.

When travelling, there are a few reasons why you might choose to stay in a luxury hotel. Most five-star hotels offer more amenities like outdoor pools, gyms, spas, 24-hour room service, concierge services, and premium dining options. They also offer more luxurious rooms and suites.

Perth has a range of luxury 5-star hotels to choose from, but these are my top 4:

  • Como The Treasury
  • Intercontinental Perth City Centre
  • The Westin Perth
  • QT Perth

Como The Treasury

The Heritage Room, Como The Treasury

Opened in 2015, this luxury hotel is located in the historic 140-year-old state buildings, once used as the Treasury, Post Office, Public Offices, a Police cellblock, and the Premier and Cabinet offices. Como The Treasury consistently receives 5-star reviews for its service, amenities, and décor.

We haven’t stayed in this stunning hotel yet, but it would be top of my list if we won the lottery!

Intercontinental Perth City Centre

Singapore company HSH bought the Peppers King Square hotel for around $26 million and rebranded it as Rydges. It’s opposite RAC Arena making it a great choice for corporate and leisure travellers.

Cheap Hotels Perth City

Perth CBD offers budget options to choose from too. We’ve picked the ones below based on their price, reviews, and features.

Pensione Hotel Perth

This refurbished boutique hotel offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in Perth’s CBD, perfect for budget-savvy travellers. The petit rooms are an excellent option for solo tourists.

Four Points by Sheraton

Four Points Sheraton Twin Room

We stayed at Four Points Sheraton recently when our daughters were at a concert at RAC Arena. It’s straight across the road from there, although you can’t hear any noise from the rooms. The room was clean and functional with two double beds.

Have you stayed in any of these Perth CBD hotels? What did you think of them? Are there any others that deserve to be on this list? Let me know in the comments or send me an email.
