Pan Pacific Perth Reviews
We have stayed at the Pan Pacific Perth numerous times in their Club rooms and have always had a fantastic experience. On our last visit, the staff were even more helpful, professional, and friendly if that was possible. We were welcomed warmly and given a complimentary upgrade to a suite.
Our room was on the 8th floor with partial river views. The bathroom was large with a rain shower, deep bath, vanity, and wardrobe. The separate lounge had a large TV with a long desk and a sofa with a coffee table. The bar fridge was here, which contained just milk, so we could fill it with any beverages we brought.
A kettle and a small coffee plunger, ground coffee, hot chocolate packets, and a variety of teas are provided.
The bed was huge and very comfortable, with long pillows, perfect for a night’s sleep. I found the room warm at night, even with the air conditioning set to the lowest temperature of 18°C. Another TV is in the bedroom, with a vast amount of channels to watch.
Lamps and bedside tables beside the bed were handy, and we were grateful for the complimentary water bottles.
The room was clean (and had no smells) with crisp white linen, soft towels and dressing gowns. Housekeeping made swans out of towels for us along with a card as we were celebrating a special occasion. The chocolate platter was also a lovely touch.
Our floor was extremely quiet, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other guests. Being on the 8th floor, there were some sounds from outside, but it didn’t disturb us. The door had two locks, making me feel safe and secure in the room.
The Club Lounge was excellent, with friendly staff, delicious canapies and drinks.
- Amazing staff who go out of their way to help and provide first-class hospitality
- The Club Lounge – great value for the delicious food and drinks
- Spacious, clean rooms (Club Rooms)
- Cable TV
- Empty fridge
- Bath (in some rooms)
- Some rooms are dated, but renovations are taking place (it may be be noisy during the day until they are completed)
- The breakfast buffet could have more variety
Who is Pan Pacific Perth for?
