Crown Perth: Service (our opinion)
The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, creating a warm welcome.
The concierge team were knowledgeable and readily available to assist with any inquiries.
The service was let down on our last two visits by the housekeeping staff, who needed to clean the room more adequately. It was a long wait to connect to Housekeeping to politely request new cups, and they never arrived.
Unfortunately, there were long waits for food and coffee in the morning by the pool – about an hour from ordering.
The staff at Crown Towers Perth deserve special commendation for their impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff members went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome from arrival to departure.
The concierge team was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and always ready to assist with recommendations, bookings, and other requests.
The housekeeping staff maintained the highest standards of cleanliness and ensured that the rooms were immaculate at all times. Towels, toiletries and other amenities were replaced if used or if we requested clean towels.
The restaurant and bar staff exhibited professionalism and warmth, providing exceptional service and making dining experiences memorable.

My Thoughts on Crown Hotel Perth
Crown Towers Perth exceeded expectations in every aspect, delivering a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The hotel’s stylish and comfortable rooms, diverse dining options, exceptional facilities and amenities, impeccable service, and convenient location within the vibrant Crown Perth complex make it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travellers.
Crown Perth offers a membership program, allowing guests to become part of the Crown Rewards program. Membership provides access to exclusive benefits such as discounts on accommodation, dining, and entertainment within the Crown Perth complex. You can accumulate points during your stay and redeem them for a range of rewards and experiences.
While Crown Towers Perth is undeniably expensive, the attention to detail, the world-class amenities, and the impeccable service justify the higher price point. However, if this hotel is out of your budget, the Crown Metropol is a beautiful resort hotel but lacks on the service front compared to Towers.
