Broome Beach Resort Review

We enjoyed our stay here as it was within our budget and close to Cable Beach. The bus stops just along the road to the accommodation so it is easy to get around without a car. The bus takes you to the shopping centre and into Broome town centre.

The bus also goes past Broome International Airport but we took a taxi as it was much easier with all our luggage.

It is within walking distance to Cable Beach, restaurants, bars and the corner store at the end of the road. Divers Tavern is opposite the corner store. We walked everywhere within the Cable Beach area without the need for public transport or taxis.

Broome Beach Resort has a wonderfully relaxing feel due to the beautiful tropical gardens. It is also very family friendly with a toddler pool. I loved reading my book in the afternoons after a day of sightseeing.

The bedrooms were comfortable and both had air conditioning although the second one only had the old-style whereas the living area and main bedroom had reverse cycle.

Broome Beach Resort Rates

For 4 nights in October 2022, these were the rates I costed out for a 2-bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children:

Direct A$1755

Booking.Com A$1775

Agoda A$1775

Hotels.Com A$1824

Wotif A$2130

Stayz A$1675 for 7 nights (this is a minimum)

Stayz is the cheapest but it is a private let (like Airbnb), so only one apartment available. If it is free for your dates, that’s the cheapest I have seen. BOOK STAYZ HERE.

Direct is slightly cheaper but is offering free cancellation with a full refund. I have used this so many times this year and it’s easy to cancel online.
